The Chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) in Adamawa State has reportedly been killed in a violent attack by suspected armed assailants in the state.


According to local sources, the victim was allegedly abducted and later found beheaded in a remote part of the region. Security agencies have yet to issue an official statement regarding the incident, and investigations are reportedly underway.


Community leaders and religious organizations have condemned the act, calling for urgent government action to ensure justice and strengthen security across Adamawa and other parts of northern Nigeria.
